May GMUL Working Wednesdays Features Manufacturing Jobs



(May 9, 2023) Greater Milwaukee Urban League’s May Working Wednesday offers opportunities for individuals to learn about current openings in manufacturing and to get information on job training.


Working Wednesday will take place on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, from 10am – 1pm at GMUL’s main office, 435 W. North Avenue, Milwaukee WI, 53212. Individuals should dress professionally and bring a resume or have information about their experience and job history. Working Wednesday takes place the third Wednesday of every month.


Featured May employment partners include Generac, Hentzen Coatings, Snap-On Tools, Gilbane (apprenticeships), WRTP, and Milwaukee Community Service Corp. Available positions include assembly line workers, general laborers, landscapers, machine operators, and warehouse workers. Training information will be available for carpentry, forklift operators, highway maintenance, and OSHA 10.
