Graduate to Employment

Graduate to employment helps young people make career decisions as they engage in career exploration through field experiences, internship opportunities, mentorships and more.

Young people also learn the soft skills, including interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, financial literacy, and time management that aid in their success.

One key partner is the Kohler Company, which is generously sponsoring a three-year initiative to reach young people with college, career, and life readiness skills. Career training and upskilling is offered for young adults, along with digital training for all participants.

High school students can earn an internship at Kohler and the company also offers a college scholarship for graduating seniors.
