Driver’s License Permit Class

Being able to drive to jobs in outlying areas is the key for some individuals seeking employment. Greater Milwaukee Urban League gets jobseekers on the road to success with a free Driver’s License Permit Class.

Project Ready: Mentor

Having a caring adult is important to the success of young people. Project Ready: Mentor matches adult mentors with students to help them navigate school and life.

Graduate to Employment

Young people who don’t plan to go to college can still plan for success with the Graduate to Employment program. Graduate to Employment offers support and guidance to young people 16-21 years of age planning for the future.

Each year, graduating high school students head to college ready for success, thanks to the Laptop & Scholarship Awards program from Greater Milwaukee Urban League and its generous partner Ernst & Young (EY).

Milwaukee Community Schools Partnership

The goal of the Milwaukee Community Schools Partnership is to improve academic outcome by bringing together students, parents/guardians, community organizations, and neighborhood residents.
